EXAMPLES OF GROUP ENTRIES

Please remember that you will need to submit 2 copies of your entry - one for the book that will be auctioned for the charities and one for the reference book.

We can either supply you with a pair of pre-printed, personalized self-ahesive entry labels or alternatively, you can download and print the same preformatted labels onto your own paper and we will cut them out and paste them onto the pages for insertion into the Books. If you choose the latter then please use a good quality 100gsm, white, A4 paper. If you would like us to send the pre-printed labels please do so via the 'Contact Us' page or by post to the address below.

Feel free to personalise the entry forms in any way you please and to add any personal message (as humorous and original as you like).

If you are making a sponsorship donation you should include your cheque, or payment reference, inluding date and method, of your electronic donation. If you are making a pledge at this time, we look forward to receiving your payment after the event.
